Welcome to Ferndale Primary School

I hope you will find this web site useful as an introduction to Ferndale Primary School. I hope your child will be happy and take advantage of all the opportunities offered here. Prospective new parents and children are welcome to visit the school at any time, look at our excellent facilities, experience the atmosphere and view our surroundings to give you an insight into life at Ferndale Primary School.

The school has a purposeful, lively atmosphere built upon mutual trust, respect and friendship between staff, pupils and parents. Through the dedication of our staff, a carefully structured curriculum and close monitoring of performance and standards we help each pupil to aim for excellence. We appreciate and value the involvement of parents in their child’s education at home and in school. Parents are welcome in school at any time to discuss their child’s progress or to become one of our very valued classroom helpers. We ask parents to support the school in its aims, which place the child at the centre of all we do.
